In the unlikely event that you find yourself needing to return some or all of your order, please send an email to hello@tatianaboyko.com

Need to cancel your order?

If your order has not been dispatched you will receive your refund in full, as soon as possible. To cancel your order, please email with your order number and your request to cancel. 

If you receive your item and find it is not to your taste, simply email to let me know what you'd like to return, wrap it back up securely (ideally in the original packaging) and send it back to:

Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect/faulty.

Faulty/Damaged Goods?

In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged, faulty or has not arrived please email me at: hello@tatianaboyko.com with details and a replacement or refunds will be issued as soon as possible.

Depending on your bank and your payment method, refunds can take 3-7 working days to appear in your account.
